Fever and Recovery

Renee has now learned to roam around the house. Sometimes, she will put her hands behind

Renee had a high fever for four days and the temperature went as high as 103.9. We were all very worried and had to feed her Tylenol and Motrin. Finally, her body had red dots breakouts as the doctor predicted, and she finally recovered.

This is her first day out after recovery. She lost over 10 ounces during her sickness.

It took her several days to become active again.

Renee can talk a lot more now. When I said 'talk', I actually meant making sound on purpose. The sounds are similar but if you listen careful enough, you will be able to tell what she is trying to say given the context.

With her front four teeth fully grown, she can bite into a lot of things now.

She is still very interested into books. Most of the time she likes the ones with pictures. But on occasion she will look at the articles as if she understands them.

She has grown into a bad habit of holding the book very close to her eyes. We don't know what this means exactly. We correct her all the time and hope it is just a phase.
