Getting ready for the winter

Winter is here and we are getting ready for the holidays and ski season!
We took Max to the ice skating class so that he can get a feel for the sliding. We hope this will warm him up for the ski lessons.
Renee seems to have forgotten half of her skill. But she is warming up quickly.
We had an Borland alumni reunion. So the whole family went to visit the place where I used to live ten years ago. I didn't come to Boardwalk that often but I really should have.
The kids had a blast chasing the birds on the beach.
They also rolled up their pants and played around the water.
With the uncle and aunt coming, we went to visit the good old golden gate bridge. If you have not been there for a couple of years, you should. They have done a lot of good improvements around the place.
Renee and Max pasing in front of the bridge.
Max still follows Renee around. After he climbed on the rock next to Renee, I took this picture.
I don't remember this shop before. Go lefty! There are a lot of goodies for the lefties, including pens for the lefties.
Renee has been here long time ago. Tis is Max' first time.
I played single daddy for a few days while the rest of the family went on a trip to Las Vegas. I took them to Stanford shopping center to see the light.
As the almost-tradition for the family, we went to pick up a Christmas tree first weekend after Thanskgiving.
