October 2014 - Super Heroes

I cannot believe that it is Thanksgiving again! I still have last year's picture on my phone. It never gets old to say "It is amazing how much they have grown!"

We finally bought a desk for Max too! However, he still spent most of his study time on the dining table.
We attended the "Run for Education event". Renee and Max were great in finishing the 5K casual run. Technically they walked most of the way but still it is cool to see them finish from the beginning to the end.
Here is a shot of Max with fellow students.
Max and Renee chose the generic super hero custom this time.
When their buddies, Ashley and Sophia, came to visit. We went to the place where we always go each year. It has become a family tradition for Halloween.
They never get tired of the haystack maze here. I am getting familiar enough with it to know where to stand now.
During a school event, we bought a pumpkin and carved it. The only thing we didn't realize is that lighting candle in it will add moisture, which will introduce mold. We had to throw it away before halloween came!
Renee and Max went on quite a few fun game rides.
Here is another place of family tradition, including this big pumpkin face.
This year we went to do trick-or-treat with Renee's classmate and soccer teammate, Gabriel. Here is the full team.
